pidan's pure tofu formula is made from high-quality Canadian pea fibre — sourced from Canada, one of the world's leading pea producers, and chosen specifically for its high cellulose density and moisture-holding capacity. The result is a granule with a sponge-like internal structure that absorbs liquid quickly, forms firm clumps, and holds together on the scoop instead of breaking apart and leaving residue behind. Ammonia and hydrogen sulphide removal efficiency reaches up to 90% in pidan's own testing, which is the actual odour problem being managed rather than just surface scent masking.
The dust level is genuinely close to zero. Flushability is real — wet clumps dissolve in water, making toilet disposal a practical daily option rather than a workaround. The scent is the natural mild smell of processed pea fibre, not added fragrance. And every production batch is tested for formaldehyde, aflatoxin B₁, and total bacterial count before it leaves the factory.
Fill to 5–6cm depth in a standard tray. One cat typically gets through around two bags per month.

Directions for Use
Initial fill: Pour to 5–6cm depth in a clean, dry litter tray. Shallower fills reduce clump quality.
Daily scooping: Scoop clumps once or twice daily. Flush small amounts directly down the toilet, or bin as usual.
Top up: Add fresh litter to maintain depth as needed. Full change typically every 3–4 weeks for a single cat.
Transitioning from clay: Mix roughly 30% pidan with 70% existing litter for the first few days, then increase the pidan proportion gradually over a week.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly.This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
