Welcome to our Shipping Policy page. We're committed to delivering your pet supplies quickly, safely, and at the most competitive rates possible.

Section 1 — Shipping Rates & Delivery Zones

Shipping fees and free-shipping eligibility are determined by your delivery address (state, and whether it's metro or rural/country) and your total order value or weight.

📍 Victoria (VIC) — Metro
Orders of $79.00 and over qualify for FREE shipping. 
Orders under $79.00 are charged a flat rate of $8.95.

📍 Victoria (VIC) — Rural / Country
A flat rate of $12.95 applies to all orders. 
Rural/country postcodes are defined in Section 2.

📍 New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD) & Tasmania (TAS) — Metro 
Orders of $129.00 and over qualify for FREE shipping. 
Orders under $129.00 are charged a flat rate of $10.95.

📍 New South Wales (NSW), Queensland (QLD) & Tasmania (TAS) — Rural / Country
A flat rate of $19.95 applies to all orders. 
Rural/country postcodes are defined in Section 2.

📍 South Australia (SA) & Australian Capital Territory (ACT) — Weight-Based Pricing
Shipping rates to SA and ACT are calculated based on the total weight of your order.
Orders under 16 kg are charged a flat rate of $14.95. 
Orders of 16 kg and over are charged a flat rate of $59.95.

Section 3 — Important Shipping Notes

PO Boxes & Parcel Lockers We may not be able to deliver to Australia Post PO Boxes or Parcel Lockers, and additional transit time or costs may apply. Wherever possible, we recommend providing a physical street address to ensure the fastest and smoothest delivery experience.

Dispatch Time Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you'll receive a tracking link via email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Heavy or Bulky Items For orders containing excessively heavy or oversized items — such as bulk cat litter or large dog food crates — additional shipping charges may apply when delivering to remote zones. If this affects your order, our team will reach out before processing any extra fees.

How can I check the status of my order?

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number that can be used to check its status. Please wait 48 hours for tracking information to be available.
