Assembly & Care
Assembly: All hardware included. Two-person assembly is recommended due to the height of the tower.
Stability: Place on a level surface and tighten all bolts securely. Check the fittings monthly for safety.
Cleaning: Wipe the wood and space capsule with a damp cloth. Sisal will fray naturally, which is normal with use.
Do not place near open windows. Ensure there is adequate ceiling clearance above the top house level.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
