Wet your pet's coat thoroughly with clean, warm water and apply at least 20mL of shampoo along the backline of your pet. Work into a lather over the entire body, taking care to avoid the eyes and inside the ears. Rinse off and dry thoroughly.

You may return most new, unopened items within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
