Domestic Shipping Rate

After receiving your order confirmation email, all orders will be processed within 2 -3 working days (excluding weekends and holidays).

For the calculated shipping cost: The shipping cost of your order will be determined according to the weight, size and distance of the product you purchased. You can add the product you want to the shopping cart, and your shipping cost can be viewed in your checkout page.

For orders under $79, we charge a $6.99 flat shipping fee.

For orders over $79, we provide free shipping, but only in VIC. 

- ACT/NSW/TAS

$15.99 flat shipping fee will apply to all orders.

- NT/QLD/SA/WA

Rates shown at checkout are based on your address and the order’s weight and dimensions. You will be charged from $7.59 for shipping. Your accurate postage is mainly determined by the weight and size of your product, usually this will be viewed in your checkout page.

Orders placed from Monday to Friday by 12:00 AEST will be processed and shipped next business day.
 
Melbourne, and Sydney Metro: 3-6 business days
Rest of Australia: 5-7 business days

Orders placed on weekends and national holidays will be processed and shipped two business days later.
 
Deliveries may be delayed due to unforeseen irregularities on the part of our delivery partners. We can assume no liability in such cases.

Pick Up Service

Our team will prepare your order within 1-2 business days, and you'll receive an email confirmation when your order is ready for pickup. Please contact us before you come to pick up your order.
